The Atmosphere for Learning Initiative.

This initiative of the Foundation is aimed at improving educational infrastructure in rural communities such as establishing Early Learning Centres and refurbishing Schools and Basic Education Institutions.

At the Charles Bebeye Ndiomu Foundation, we recognise that the atmosphere under which learning takes place plays a key role in the assimilation of students. Thus, the atmosphere must be conducive to learning both for teachers and students.

The Atmosphere for Learning Initiative is targeted at improving the general quality of primary and secondary education in rural communities across the country through the provision of improved school infrastructure and sanitary conditions.

This is in order to create a child and teacher-friendly environment, to encourage a love for learning on the part of the students and a passion to instill knowledge and discipline on the part of the teachers.

The Scope of the Initiative includes to upgrade the look and feel of the school environment through provision of infrastructure and furniture as well as equipping schools with basic teaching and learning materials.
